ClosetKind Terms of Use

ClosetKind is provided by byAlif (Saroar Khandoker, Portugal). By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The service
ClosetKind helps you organize clothing you own and suggests outfits from it. Suggestions are style assistance, not professional advice; you decide what to wear and what to buy.
Your account
ClosetKind requires an account, created with your email address and a 6-digit code we send you. Keep that code and your device secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; see our Privacy Policy for what that removes and how fast.
Your content
You own your garment photos and everything else you add to ClosetKind. By uploading a photo, you give byAlif a limited license to store, process (including re-encoding and stripping metadata), and display it back to you, solely to provide the ClosetKind service. We don't use your photos to train third-party models, publish them, or share them with anyone else. Deleting a photo or your account removes it from our storage as described in the Privacy Policy.
ClosetKind Plus
ClosetKind Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription (€7.99/month or €49.99/year, prices may vary by region) with a 2-week free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple account settings. Unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase.
Acceptable use
Use the app only with content you have the right to photograph and store. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law, byAlif is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
